A reflection a mirror image. Like the waves of the water changes the picture, so to does the thing itself change. With my works, I break the thought of what both art and canvas are. For the glass becomes the canvas, and my minds reflections about the world around me, that becomes the art. The art becomes part of everyday life, something to use with love, instead of simple admiration. And perhaps they will also form the basis of instrospection for you...These painted reflections.
En reflektion, en spegling. Liksom vattnets vågor ändrar bilden, så ändras också saken själv. Med mina verk på glas bryter jag tanken om vad både konst och canvas är. För glaset blir min canvas, och mitt sinnes reflektioner om världen kring mig, det blir konsten. Konstverken blir en del i vardagen, något att bruka istället för att enbart betrakta.
